Can I do cleaning, maintenance (or if necessary minor repair) on the laser game equipment myself?

Yes, you can do on-site maintenance and cleaning. We provide you with a procedure to do cleaning and regular maintenance of equipment. Also, we can give you a spare part kit, manual and training in case you need to do some basic repair operation. Together with the installation of the system, the technician teaches how to perform basic maintenance on the systems to be autonomous and always have the equipment in perfect working order. However, major repairs are done at our headquarter where we have the necessary equipment and technical knowledge available. Luckily, you won't have to use it often though, as XRIAD Laser Game is considered extremely reliable and durable.

What happens if my equipment needs repair?

If an equipment or the system needs a repair:

  • We provide you with spare parts and a training to enable you to perform a basic repair. Every attraction (upon request) is equipped with an spare part kit consisting of the main parts of the laser game equipment.
  • If an equipment needs our technical intervention to repair the equipment, it can be sent to the us for repair or replacement.
  • If the equipment or system needs an on-site intervention, we will send qualified and competence technicians to fix the problem at the soonest possible.
